Reconstructing the water, the sand and the heat, the beach becomes a place of exchange between present anxieties and remembered delight. Weather tears at the seams of the beach and at the video itself; and as the work morphs under elemental forces, sensations of nostalgia and loss expand the day but also release it into the pace of time.
